All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time the order is placed.
Once your order is processed and dispatched. Standard Shipping generally takes 3–4 business days.
No, currently we are providing shipments to Karachi, Pakistan only.

If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
If you wish to return an item due to damage or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video of you opening the sealed parcel for the first time. Claims of damage or incorrect items will not be processed without this mandatory video evidence. Please email us at info@luxoriagifts.com with your order details and the video evidence to initiate a claim.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process your refund or exchange within seven (7) working days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
