Notification Period:
If you receive an item that is damaged or not identical to the item you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Original Condition:
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Mandatory Video Evidence (Proof of Condition):
To qualify for a return or exchange due to transit damage or incorrect items, the customer must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video recording showing the sealed parcel being opened for the first time. Claims of damage or incorrect items will not be processed without this mandatory video evidence.
Initiating a Claim:
To start the return process, please email us at info@luxoriagifts.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and the mandatory video/photo evidence.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our address. Original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Inspection and Rejection:
Luxoria Gifts reserves the right to reject returns that are received in poor, used, or unsaleable condition. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange process will be completed within seven (7) working days.
Refund Method:
All eligible refunds will be issued directly to the customer’s original payment method or bank account.
